The price is $99, plus tax where it applies. That covers the build itself and the first year of hosting once the site is live.

Payment comes first. You pay the $99 before any work starts, and the build happens from the brief you have submitted at that point. There is no invoice afterwards and no separate charge for the build and the hosting, the $99 is the whole of what you pay to get a finished site.

What happens to your money

Once you have paid, the AI works from the brief you gave and produces the finished site in that one pass. If you want to change something in the brief after paying, that is a matter for the build terms. The payment itself is not staged or refunded partway through the process.

Currency is US dollars throughout, whichever country you are paying from.

The first year of hosting comes with the build. After that, hosting renews at $49 a year so the site stays live at its address.

The renewal charge is automatic. It's taken on the anniversary of your build using the payment method on file, so the site doesn't go dark because a date slipped past you.

Cancelling before it charges

If you don't want to renew, you can cancel before the charge goes through. Cancel in time and you won't be billed for another year of hosting.

Cancelling stops the hosting, not your ownership of the files. You keep those either way and can host them wherever you like.

The build happens once. You send the brief, the AI builds the site from it, and what comes back is the finished site.

No draft, no revision round

There is no draft stage and no approval step in between. You will not see a preview to sign off before the build runs, and there is no round of changes afterwards where you ask for tweaks and wait for a second version.

This is what keeps the price where it is. A build that goes back and forth costs more to run, so the one-pass build is the trade that makes $99 possible.

What that means for your brief

Since there is only one pass, the brief is doing all the work. Whatever you leave out or leave vague, the AI has to decide on your behalf, and it will decide something. If you want a say in how a particular page reads or looks, that has to go in the brief itself.

Once the build is finished, the files belong to you. You can put them on scrappywebsites.com hosting, or move them to any other host you choose. Nobody at Scrappy Websites needs to be asked first.

The address

Your site gets an address at scrappywebsites.com. You choose it, within what is available, as part of the build.

If you take the files elsewhere later, that address does not automatically travel with them. It is tied to hosting the site here.
